Skills Bridge Ghana Foundation Partners with Accra Technical University to Drive Ghana’s Green Transition
ACCRA, GHANA — In a major step toward scaling Ghana’s green economy, Skills Bridge Ghana Foundation LBG has officially solidified a strategic partnership with Accra Technical University (ATU). This collaboration bridges academic excellence with elite technical execution to prepare young Ghanaians for the future of work.
The historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was officially signed on May 18, 2026, at the Vice Chancellor’s Chamber. To commemorate this landmark milestone, the Skills Bridge Ghana Foundation team presented two beautifully crafted Citations of Excellence to the Vice Chancellor and the university management, honoring their visionary leadership in technical education.
During the ceremony, the Vice Chancellor highly praised the Skills Bridge Ghana Foundation team for our forward-thinking vision. He explicitly noted how perfectly our foundation’s objectives align with ATU’s mission, specifically reinforcing the goals of their newly launched 2026–2030 Strategic Plan.
Under this framework, ATU will deploy academic expertise and cutting-edge research through the ATU Sustainable Energy Service Centre, granting the partnership access to its modern laboratory infrastructure. As the premier technical implementation partner in the green workforce sector, Skills Bridge Ghana Foundation will deliver the operational backend, specialized training toolkits, and our extensive community mobilization networks to ensure seamless program execution.
This partnership further cements Skills Bridge Ghana Foundation’s standing as the nation’s go-to organization for green human capital development.
A Proven Track Record of National Trust
Our institutional credibility is backed by the highest offices of the land. In February 2026, the Foundation received an official mandate correspondence from the Office of the President of the Republic of Ghana, formally validating the organization as competent and capable in national green workforce mapping.
This was swiftly followed in March 2026 by a presidential acknowledgment of our authoritative, 13-page policy analysis on the 24-Hour Economy, solidifying our role as a strategic national advisor on workforce structures.
