2. Donation and Financial Terms

All financial contributions, payments, and online donations made through this portal are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner, Paystack. By initiating a donation, you confirm that you are authorized to use the designated mobile money wallet, debit card, or credit card.

• Currency: Unless otherwise stated, donations are processed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) or through applicable currency conversions handled transparently by the payment processor.
• Refunds: Due to the legal framework governing non-profit organizations, voluntary charitable donations are considered final and non-refundable except where a verifiable administrative or processing error has occurred.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, training materials, curriculum designs, program resources, graphics, logos, publications, and other intellectual property displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Skills Bridge Ghana Foundation LBG unless otherwise stated.
